Tab 35: Assessment of Grantmaking and Community Leadership

The community foundation submits a process for assessment of—or examples of—the impact of grantmaking. To the extent the community foundation is involved in community leadership, the foundation should submit examples of how the foundation is tracking progress or evaluating impact.
